Steve, those are very impressive results - think you could send some of
that Reno money up our way? I'm a pretty lousy gambler so that approach
won't work!

However, I disagree with the following statement:

The paradigm shift needs to happen on the IT end. The principle barrier
to the extensive use of paperless systems are the lack of electronic
systems which function effectively as record keeping systems that are
easy to use, affordable, sustainable and broadly available. This is one
reason why I think the true paradigm shift will occur when the kind of
complete record keeping system definition contained in ISO 15489 becomes
statutory.
