what other search terms would you suggest? the phrase "presidential
library" gets a large number of hits as is. should I include
"lame-duck"? or what?

and may I suggest that you also expand your horizons, the one-note
tune you keep playing is boring at best

not sure what spin about the current president you are talking about I
just copy and paste the stories.
