Thank you kindly Taina.  This was a very interesting read indeed and quite timely as a matter of fact.  The terminology "recordkeeping" is being looked at once again!  It seems no matter how much things progress in life, how technical we become, we still revert back to the old, tried and true. No matter how technologically advanced we become we still have to start with the basic structure(s) or frameworks, like building a house!  

It brings to mind what a learned mentor iterated to me long ago.  "You build processes, create your policies, guidelines and standards and then buy the tool which will complement these."  "You don't buy the tool and design your process around the tool." 

I too would recommend folks look at the article Taina kindly forwarded on to us.  Cheers.
