This OSHA regulation requires employee medical records to be retained
for 30 years. My question is this: Does this apply to all employees, or
only employees who are exposed to hazardous materials as part of their
job?

Reading the regs, it would appear to be the latter. But I have talked to
people who insist it applies to all employees.

How have you interpreted this regulation?

Thanks,
Gary
