Why avoid it. I believe an old marketing maxim is that something has to
be repeated 3 or 7 times before it finally sinks in. Plus new employees
come on board that wouldn't have seen the earlier ones. You may want to
repeat them 3 times with exactly the same wording, then you may want to
rephrase the tip and repeat another three times. A certain phrasing may
stick in one person's mind, but not another -- whereas the new phrasing
may catch someone else.
