Tips:

May I respectfully suggest checking archival websites and RIM websites FAQ's (such as this one to give you an example http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/cioscripts/faq/faq_e.asp?who=im-gi or http://www.archives.gov/faqs/) It will give you a window into the types of tips which would be helpful?

You may also wish to look at others training manuals like New South Wales http://www.records.nsw.gov.au/recordkeeping/government_recordkeeping_manual_3573.asp or the UK Archives website for topics http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/electronicrecords/advice/default.htm

You can also check out IM websites such as the Government of Canada IM Portal. There is a wealth of information which could give you some ideas http://www.informationmanagement.gc.ca/index_e.asp

Cheers
