This unique, full-day seminar will be comprised of multiple tracks
focusing on a variety topics relating to RIM including building and
marketing a RIM program, litigation hold policies, email management,
career advancement, identity theft, and a hot topics forum.
Our keynote speaker is Kevin O'Connor, Deputy District Attorney and head
of the Litigation Division in the Eighteenth Judicial District of Kansas
comprised of Sedgwick County. A graduate of the University of Kansas,
Mr. O'Connor assisted with the prosecution of Dennis Rader, aka "BTK,"
and will discuss how RIM played a major role in the outcome of the
infamous case.
