Mimi, this is even worse. 2-3 years after obtaining the CRM? I could
understand if they met minimum requirements, which is 3 years with a
degree, then obtaining the CRM, but a flat 2-3 years after obtaining the
CRM? Hard to believe that's what they actually meant. Many CRMs have
been in the business for 10+ years before obtaining the CRM and would be
much better qualified than one with degrees and no experience.
