Hi Bill,

I agree with Jesse Wilkins’s  additions to the list of standards. I would 
like to add one more item to the list:



ISO 22310-2006 “Information and documentation - Guidelines for standards 
drafters for stating records management requirements in standards”. This one 
turned out to be very useful for policy development. In my country it is 
quite popular among Quality Management folk.
