I just hate it when someone acknowledges Adele!  She's such a trouble-maker (just kidding, I used to work with Adele).....The PMP is actually the next certification on my list, but getting to that list will be as tough as completing projects at home!

Actually, I've found they are complimentary and have many commonalities.
Lets face it, PM and RM are based on tried and true principles that make
perfect sense, involve a disciplined approach and hard work to be
successful, require senior management to be effective, and require easement
of risks or "pain thresholds".  In addition, it takes some sort of pain
(lawsuit, disaster or failure) before management realizes how
important implementing one or the other (or both) are.

Another CRM and PMP, Adele Carboni (Mimi's boss) said it best: project
management is essentially records management without the records.  She's
pretty well on the mark.
