We are searching for a company that creates electronic manuals ( from a WORD master document to Adobe pdf*file), any suggestions?  Demographics are not an issue since the files can be sent electronically.  We currently create and convert our manuals, however we don't have the support staff to assist us and we have one very large manual that has hundreds of links and bookmarks that is a monster to convert.
