Not to brag, but in the last 16 months I have lost 54 pounds. Exercise,
swank diet, no more alcohol (heavy sigh...I miss the Guinness Stout!!). I
find that my thinking is clearer, I have more energy, and I just plain feel
better. Considering my current projects here include implementing an email
archiving tool (yes, we finally bought one), working with a consultant,
preparing to bring our own warehouse online, and assorted litigations to
support I need all my brain cells online.
Hit the gym guys - you'll create those retention schedules with power!!
