John,

  In my eyes you are entirely correct.  Unfortunately management wants to 
see that hard ROI.  I just went through that exercise again yesterday and 
despite numbers the team came up with (iffy at best) and not what I wanted 
to push we were told to go back and grind some numbers out.  The question 
I wanted to ask is how do you put a price on shareholder trust and /or 
$.05 of earnings per share- didn't but wanted to.
