Laura Zubulake ... Zubulake v. UBS Warburg.

Didn't quite hinge on email per se, but rather on the process used by the in-house and outside counsel to ensure they properly communicated the hold and collected relevant information. Zubulake V became the legal holds standard and was referenced Jan 31 2007 in another legal holds sanctions case called NTL Securities (also worth checking out and from the same district by Judge Peck).

Subject: [RM] Name of a court case and the woman's name starts with a Z

Good Afternoon All,

I've been searching and racking my brain and I can't remember the name
of several court cases that hinged on e-mail and the woman's name starts
with a Z, I think. Can you help me out please?

Thanks,

Laura
