I think that we need to differentiate (big word) between management and 
Records Management. Someone once threw out the number of, 15% by volume. 
That 15% being the number of records in relation to the total volume of 
emails. Seems kind of high to me. If you rstaff is spending all day reasing 
and plowing through email then most likely they need retraining or more self 
discipline. there are process solutions out there make use of them.
