Scott,

First of all decide what your requirements  for a DM/ERM are.  What do I 
want to do with it and have it accomplish for my company.  You can then 
develop a list of questions to ask the vendors based on your requirements. 
After this list is complete it could even help decide what vendors to 
contact/ask questions of  as they come in all sizes and shapes

If you're looking for a comprehensive list of requirements that are 
available please refer to the MoReq or DoD 5015.
