My firm utilizes a client-driven NDA. I had to sing one my first day. As
for tracking, access to certain servers must be approved by corporate
leadership. Once in, it's the honor system. I do not think anything
further's been developed with regard to expiration of term, or certified
destruction. We are in the process of rolling out OpenText's LiveLink
ECM. I'm certain that once it's in place, NDA criteria will be blended
into the ECM for stronger controls over access.
