I love building programs. It is as Mimi said a true joy. There are not the 
"so & so used to do it this way" comments. I especially enjoy building 
relationships with legal (which I am a part of here) and our information 
technology partners.

Yes, there can be some long hours and you can't be afraid to roll up your 
sleeves, but I love it.
