How do you set up that "rule" in outlook? I don't get [RM] on my
subject line before every message. I agree, it sure would be helpful to
have an indication that the message comes from the listserv.

All of mine have an [RM] preceding the subject line. However, rather
than
expecting 1600-2200 people to do this, why not consider setting up a
"rule"
in your e-mail system to direct all messages from sender
[log in to unmask] to an independent folder, then you can sort
through
them (hopefully) by subject and sort what is pertinent to you out for
review, then delete the rest?
