We've typically set into a smallish place that definitely has a local
feel.... and one that's willing to work with us on providing a space that
will accommodate up to 120 EXTREMELY THIRSTY and mildly hungry people that
are going to be arriving over a period of a couple of hours... seeing as we
have people that come from across the country (and world!!), so people will
be eating at different hours, and not all ready to party at the same time =)

So, it's not like 100+ will all walk in together, but you should be able to
guarantee 30-40 to arrive at whatever time you arrange with the pub owner.

Some past locations included:

The Howlin' Wolf in New Orleans http://www.howlin-wolf.com/
The Yard House in Long Beach http://www.yardhouse.com
Dick's Last Resort in San Antonio http://www.dickslastresort.com/
The Billy Goat Tavern in Chicago http://www.billygoattavern.com/home.html

YMMV....
