I'm a customer of Iron Mountain, not very happy with his comments and
passed them on to my management.  Needless to say I'm going to think
twice when our contract is ready for renewal and will all likelyhood
consider some action sooner.

Apparently he either doesn't understand his clients or takes us for
granted; both are unacceptable in my opinion.
