Your situaton is not ucommon, as my employer has the same practice.
Generally, the easiest way is *IF* you have alternate acces to the Internet
from outside of work to access the links from a personal account.  Absent
this option, the second alternative would be to perform a web-based search
for the titles of the videos using either the title itself as a literal
(enclosed in quotation marks) or to search for the author/presenter by name,
and hope s/he has the content posted elsewhere,
