Information Nation was mentioned by some at ARMA Int'l. Conference, including Iron Mountain Digital. My boss's boss won't return the copy I bought.
Kahn books sold out at ARMA bookstore during Conference, or I'd have a couple of his. Langemo is great and I bought Saffady's Managing Electronic Records for my boss' boss and our global boss's boss's boss's boss.
Saffady's book is boss.

I own the Saffady book, and believe that 1) it's very useful as a
reference, and 2) that ARMA hasn't updated their bookstore blurbs.
As for other must-haves, I'm partial to "The Myth of the Paperless
Office", Sellen & Harper (MIT Press, 2002), and all the Randy Kahn
books.
