Lura,
Chances are the majority of the members on the listserve (including
myself) do not possess a degree in records management. This applies to
the records management field in general. I've met RMs with a wide
variety of degrees, with what I consider the more traditional
(Business Administration, Library Sciences and History/Archives) to
the more interesting (Anthropology, French Literature and Home
Economics). Variety is the spice of life as they say.
Most of us have learned through on-the-job training as well as forums
like this.
