Irene:
Is there any guidance in your existing retention schedule, such as for other
types of live (in person) meetings that are recorded? When I was a
municipal records manager, I believe recordings of city council meetings
and/or other board and commission meetings were destroyed/erased after
confirmation that the meeting minutes were approved.
