Good morning,

I need your advice please in locating an official definition of the term
"File Plan". Is there a difference between the term "File Plan" and
"File Classification Scheme"? I noticed some people refer to the two
terms as synonyms, and others describe the "File Plan" as not only the
File Classification Scheme, but also, describes how they are organized
and maintained. I would appreciate any insight on this.

Thank you,

Madeleine Manoukian
