Amazing how fast service providers crow about their "over 99% success" when
they have a failure, when those impacted by it are more concerned with the
1% of error.

Sure, no one is supposed to be perfect, but when you're paying for a service
(in addition to your normal costs) and it costs you money when they have a
problem, shouldn't you be compensated for your losses??  And isn't this
especially true if the services are related to "continuity of operations"
issues??
