Hello All: Apologies for any cross-posting:
 
Here at OSU we have had recent success in developing a classroom Records and
Information Management (RIM) workshop, that we are now providing quarterly.
Since it has been significantly over-subscribed every time thus far, we are
investigating alternatives for providing this valuable information.  We are
curious if there are other institutions that are providing this via an
Intranet, distance learning, and/or course management system?  If so how
have you structured the tutorial?  What success have you had?
