If that underscores your approach to records management, my sympathies to
you (and anyone else bold or, some might say, reckless enough to define
records so nebulously) in your Sisyphean task.  Onerous indeed!  Meanwhile,
I will stick with the more practical and manageable approach to RM grounded
in the concept that a record *can be* any information recorded upon any
media.
