Past Perfect http://www.museumsoftware.com/ enables you to digitize &
catalog collections and post them on the web for researchers. I have
never used it. But if you check on the Archives list, I'm sure you can
find many people who have.

fiscal or legal value and have been transferred to a repository for
permanent preservation for their historical, aesthetic and/or
educational value, OR do you mean to include records that have current
operational, fiscal or legal value?
Does this historical archive include "born-digital" records; digitised
physical records; purely physical records, or some combination thereof?
