If you didn't click on the link to "Sorry, we can't find the document" from the Ghana News, you missed a well stated argument for records management professionals and good recordkeeping.  While some of the examples the author gave would not be relevant in more developed countries, he also points out correctly, that " Unfortunately, some organizations and companies assign records management duties to people who do not have any training in that discipline. Such organizations erroneously think that anybody at all can manage records."
