The magical Google computers of course...

Everytime I go to an AIIM Conference, some new company claims to be about to
hit the holy grail of autoclassification.  I'd say it's impossible, but
that's not really right.  It all depends on how you define success.  Even
the best records managers and catalogers won't have 100% success in applying
metadata or retention schedules.  What happens when auto (or semi-auto)
classification is almost as accurate as people?
