HI Julie,

Could you share with the group whether there is documentation (in addition
to the agreement) that defined roles and responsibilities of each vendor and
participant in the project? There should be a process that was defined in
that document so that you have a baseline of everyones part of the process.

As a starting point, you can ask for copies of the orders created to support
this project and that can give you a place to start.

Please share more details, if you can.
