There is very interesting point:
The board also denies that it invaded the student’s privacy, stating the boy did not have “any reasonable expectation of privacy in relation to text messages sent or received by him using his cellular telephone during school hours"
 
Now, will we continue to argue about the privacy when we use e-mail at work???
