I'm intrigued by this discussion, and in addition to Todd's initial question, I'm curious about the experiences of those that have contributed. Can anyone report some benefits to having a centralized shredding program structured under Records? In what ways has it returned value to the Records program? Is it simply an additional control, or is there any opportunity to increase organizational visibility by taking on shredding? Or, is it just an additional headache?
