in all the years (over 16 yrs at last countr)  that i've been posting
stories about records management to this list I don't remember a single
such case ever appearing. A lot of that maybe due to legal system in Middle
East countries and the press. Are you looking for such cases to provide
support for why the refinery should have a records management program?
Consider a different avenue such as rm supports the business process, etc.
