Hi Charlie,

Yes, this requirement is only for trials conducted in Canada.   However, I should mention that GSK as a whole has determined an even longer timeframe for their clinical trial data worldwide.   Note, this should not be confused with pre-clinical research data.    As Nancy Freeman mentioned,  pre-clinical research data can be shelved and then revived many years later.
