An interesting comment about raw data.  As a scientist/records manager, I do
not agree with this practice.  When one examines analytical data, it is
customary to explain and document why a conclusion was drawn.  After a batch
of a drug has expired, the data has no meaning.  It is far better to run the
analysis again on new batches, probably with superior instruments and see if
the initial conclusions were valid.  If a retain sample of the original
batch is available, better yet.
