On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the UNESCO Memory of the World
Program, UNESCO, in collaboration with the School of Library, Archival and
Information Studies and the University Library of the University of British
Columbia, and in partnership with ICA, IFLA, IASA, ICOM, WIPO, Google,
MIcrosoft and others, is holding an international conference on "The Memory
of the World in the Digital Age: Digitization and Preservation" on September
26-28, 2012 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. See Conference site

The Conference, which will be held at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel, will
include an exhibit showcasing products and programs. Applications for
exhibit spaces will be accepted until August 31, 2012. Exhibit spaces are
limited. Space will be assigned on a first‐come first‐served basis at the
discretion of the conference organizers. Each exhibit space includes one six
‐foot table, power and wireless internet access. Exhibitors may choose to
have a pop‐up display up to 8’ in length, and admittance for one person to
the conference. Should you require a larger display area, please contact us.
The rental fee for a booth is CAN $1,500 per exhibit space for non‐profit,
and CAN $5,000 per exhibit space for corporate. You can find an application
