very much a part of the IG conundrum/opportunity, and is a topic we should

Thanks Julie and all of the responders to my question. At this point I
should probably divulge that I've just transitioned from my position of 14
years in the A/E/C industry to the financial services industry. From an
industry whose internal operations have scant regulation to one of the
most heavily regulated industries. From an organization of 125 people to
one of over 52,000. From being a lone wolf to joining a great team of RM
professionals that is already moving the RIM program forward along The
(GARP) Principles. Obviously I will be tapping my recmgmt-l list
colleagues, especially those of you in the financial services industry,
for your knowledge and experience. Wish me luck!
