Hello,

 

Is anyone aware of any recent studies on "supply and demand of qualified records managers".

Particularly CRM's but any articles or studies on the topic would be useful.

 

My thinking is there is a real shortage and because of the employment situation,  "near qualified" or "think their qualified" are filling the gap.

Please advise
