Hi Glen,

20% is very steep.

I have learned that you must always make sure to note when a contract is up
and to never let a contract automatically renew. In fact, I use outlook and
set a reminder 90 days in advance of a contract termination date, You may
want to see if they will allow you to renegotiate.
