W/R/T lawyers, I just think of the T-shirt I once gave my brother-in-law (a lawyer, natch) that says "Lawyers do it in front of a jury of their peers," with a drawing of a bunch of shocked jury members.

As for my wish(es), I wish we had more standards across the profession in general and that HR departments were aware of it - what is a records manager, an analyst, etc. AND I wish a lot of laws & regulations were clearer on retention and didn't require so much interpretation.
