My wish is to  have less 'help' from people who think they know the rules and requirements are and more 'help' from those who really do know the requirements.  

I do have a second wish...that all of my co-workers, bosses, colleagues, and strangers in the hall know and UNDERSTAND the definition of a record and a document!!!!!  But that is another Friday Pondering....
