NOTE: Some organizations that shred paper indeed want "all" of an organization's paper.  Using large commercial shredders, the paper is shredded and then baled.  Some baling machines create bales that can weigh in excess of 1,400 pounds.  This shredded and baled paper is then sold directly to pulping mills.
