NY Assembly and Senate receive Moreland Commission-related records
preservation request from US attorney
The state Assembly and Senate have been formally asked by US Attorney Preet
Bharara's office not to destroy or get rid of any of its documents
pertaining to Gov. Cuomo's anti-corruption commission, the Daily News has
learned.

 The preservation request requires Assembly members and their staff to
preserve all records and documents, whether in paper or electronic form,
related in any way to Cuomo's now defunct anti-corruption panel, Joanne
Barker, a counsel to the Democratic majority, wrote Tuesday in a memo to
all members of the Assembly and staff.
