I had to think about that last one and it brought up another one for me:
Have a strong stomach. Sooner or later a box with something gross(and probably dead) is going to show up and you need to be able to handle it. FYI- boxes like that are a great repellant for troublesome attorneys especially if they are in-house. Have a good weekend everyone.
