Tyrene, I will attend the SLG Roundtable, if I get in on time.
Some suggested topics (will think of moreý later):
1. Ensuring continuity in RIM programs through multiple changes in administration.
2. Libertarian approaches to RIM or, how to convinceý Rand Paul (et al) that RIM is a good investment for government.
3. "Selling" chargeback systems in government RIM.
4. The necessity for updates and periodic (i.e., cyclical) maintenance in records retention policies (obviously not a topicý specific to SLGs).
5. Should RIM staff in SLG be viewed as mere warehouse handlers -- and paid accordingly -- or as skilled information/knowledge workersý -- and hired, supported, and paid accordingly?

I have the honor of facilitating the State and Local Government Roundtable Discussion at the ARMA International Conference.

There are a couple ways the conversation can get started before we get to San Diego:

* Email me directly with a topic, question, comment, or suggestion you would like to have discussed
I hope to include everyone, especially INTROVERTS like myself who may not want to verbally participate. Therefore, I will provide activities that will keep people in their comfort zones, while still contributing to the roundtable.
