DEANNA-
It's been awhile since I've actively managed these records, but when I did,
we didn't separate them under headings of "operated" vs "non-operated"
because at times, the non-op well would be put back into operation.
We had a category for shut-in wells... ones that had been permanently been
taken out of operation, but even in that case, what we did was create an
"A" and "B" sub-category for the Record Series in the schedule.

(a) Operational wells
(b) Shut-In wells
