I am a new practitioner and find this group to be a very valuable resource, even if some of the oldbies are brusk at times :). I do appreciate everyone that takes the time to answer my questions, even though they may have been asked before and are for the most part are elementary. For people like me with no formal mentor, this group helps immensely. I do agree that there is not much discussion on theory, etc. I would like to see more discussions like that.
